I love this workout it’s super fun and really helped tone my body. I’m a contortionist so I need that good ab and arm strength! I suggest this workout to anyone who wants some good healthy tone but not super jacked muscles ❤️. Remember to go at your own pace and not force yourself to do more than you can handle.

workout is good but I suggest you to add water break in it
this workout is so fast other workouts are better no water break no rest kindly make video with rest and water breakI couldn't do even it 5 minutes

Great cardio HIIT workout. Very intense the roll up to stand is so hard! I pushed up at the end with one hand to stand.I hit the pause button between the rounds for a water break.Overall awesome moves I finished with a big squeeze at the end.🤗👌🌸
