    I am 41, been lifting weights for 11 years and struggle to build muscle. I cannot lift super heavy due to Lymes disease and bad back. So how does one add more muscle without lifting super heavy? Blood Flow Restriction? Ive been doing this for 6 months and noticed NO CHANGE…

    I'm 41 years young I left I am consistent I feel the most confidence I've ever felt even when I was in my 20s and 30s I had never felt this fantastic so if any forty year old!!     Your not 40! You don't know what might happen in the next 10 years! And what about those of us who work 50+ hours a week with 3 kids? Most of us in their 40's are still raising kids! What if your job isn't built all around fitness? I don't know. Wish I could find someone who understood.

    Age is just a number since you have a regular workout routine… you surely change how you feel it but at the end I think I look better now than I was in my 20’s … I’m 42 and I am taking more serious my workout in the past 2 years when I was going through a tough time with my separation and divorce. I had to build up my self esteem and confidence so instead of self pity I decided to overcome my problems and put focus in getting the best version of myself…

    This was great, thanks, been searching for "exercise after 40 to boost metabolism" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of – Fanlevi Immaculate Eradicator – ( search on google ) ? Ive heard some decent things about it and my m8 got excellent success with it.

    At age 55 I lost 50 lbs through nutrition and weights — I just turned 60 and have more muscle and am stronger than ever. Like Jessie said you just have to do it right!
