It's really hard work out for me but I did.
I've lost a stone in weight through swimming, walking and trying to eat healthier.
Problem is my body needs toning, thighs, bottom, back fat and arms very flabby.

I was curious because my friend had lost weight and I wished to know how. When mention of a diet was brought up I immediately went straight away to google checking into this “sowo amazing plan” diet plan. The moment I listened to their tips, I lost 10 and a half pounds.
I have been doing this exercise for about a month. I was about 280 lbs. I am down to about 168 now. it is hard at first but don't rush it and don't think you have to do it perfectly like her. you will get there with practice. also if you want to lose fast just reduce the amount of food you eat meaning smaller meals maybe just by a spoonful can help.

in my personal opinion, these exercises are hard and difficult for those people who are weigh 70kg and above, they would feel tired quickly
