    Great workout! Definitely doesn't seem like 8 minutes. I started out doing a little bit less then in the workout but after about two weeks (doing the workout 3 times a week) I'm doing everything like it shows in the video.

    I've been using this video for the last two weeks or so as part of my workout routine after months of being lazy and slow and today has been the first time i've been able to do the whole video without stopping and also in time with the woman (who does things rather slowly so it's even more difficult) and though I feel proud of myself for something as small as this, my non-existent abs feel like they're on fire…
